STEP Ukraine, a game-changing programme launched in 2023 by WorldJewishRelief, the British Council, and UK Government, has become a must for Ukrainians striving to overcome employment barriers, such as English proficiency and understanding the UK job market. Over the past 18 months, nearly one in ten Ukrainian adults who arrived in the UK after the full-scale invasion has participated in this intensive English language and employment support programme.
